CISSOID high temperature products are guaranteed to operate reliably and within specifications:

  • from -55°C to +225°C for the CHT family 
  • from -55°C to +175°C for the CMT family
  • from -40°C to +175°C for the CXT family

Extreme tests by independent organizations, such as NASA and Sandia National Labs, demonstrated reliable operation from -195°C to +400°C over extended periods of time.

The expected lifetime of our products is 15 years at 175°C and 5 years at 225°C.
